These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and phbey ("phbey," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phbey website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any phbey services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. 1.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted only one account on the phbey Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. phbey employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, and device identifiers.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

• Losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, or network disruptions.

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.

8. Termination and Account Closure

phbey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Abusive behavior towards phbey staff or other players.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Any remaining account balance, subject to deduction of fees, penalties, or amounts owed to phbey, will be returned to you via your registered payment method. phbey reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected violations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. You must first contact phbey customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws.
3. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English or Tagalog, as mutually agreed, and shall take place in Metro Manila.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against phbey.

10. Amendments to Terms

phbey reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, Platform notification, or a prominent notice on the phbey website. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
